(CNN Español) — La cámara de Senadores de Uruguay aprobó este miércoles por unanimidad el desafuero del senador Gustavo Penadés, uno de los principales articuladores del gobierno en el Parlamento uruguayo, para que sea investigado por ocho denuncias de abuso sexual de menores. One person is in custody after a report of a suspect with a firearm led to a lockdown at a Prince George’s County, Maryland, high school.It happened near Bowie High School Wednesday around 1 p.m. A person was seen with what appeared to be a long barrel rifle, police said. The suspect was reported to have possibly fled in a dark-colored vehicle.Police also got another report that the suspect was possibly hiding in the school, leading to a shelter-in-place order for the high school and the Bowie Annex. A car outside a home in Davie went up in flames, sending two people to the hospital. Davie Fire Rescue units responded to the scene of the blaze in the driveway of a single-family house along the 2200 block of Nova Village Drive, Wednesday morning.Officials said the flames spread to the garage, scorching the door.
