But according to his son, he hasn’t lost his sense of humor — or his positive outlook on life.Morita’s family say the 58-year-old is in good spirits as he recovers, in the hospital, from the shark attack at Kewalos — a rare attack on Oahu’s south shore that took place early in the morning.But what is not rare is the number of tiger sharks that call our waters home.“One of the things that we have to remember is that sharks are in Hawaiian waters all year round– tiger sharks. A Prince George’s County, Maryland, police detective said 23-year-old Kayla Greenwell confessed to assaulting two young children at an Oxon Hill daycare and recording video of the mistreatment.Greenwell is being without bond, after a Monday hearing, in district court. BROOMFIELD, Colo. (KDVR) — Broomfield High School's head football coach resigned from his position following a lengthy investigation into accusations of inappropriate behavior.According to the Boulder Valley School District, Blair Hubbard submitted his resignation and it was accepted by the school on Monday. In December, the Broomfield Police Department conducted an investigation into Hubbard amid the accusations. Detectives found Hubbard did not engage in any criminal behavior and no charges were filed. However, BVSD announced it would conduct its own administrative investigation.In January, Hubbard was placed on paid administrative leave by the school pending the outcome of the ongoing investigation.
